These are very small plants right? I just got a cattleya intermedia var. coerulea, and it is small but has a tiny bud growing in the sheath. I don't know how many buds, time will tell. Hoping it is as nice as yours!

It is 20 cm tall, not very short. I have ever seen a short coerulea plant sold before. It is less than 10cm tall.

This plant is quite variable. There are many types of intermedias ranging from 4-5 inch plants to 1.5 feet in all forms. I have two coeruleas less than 5 inches while my friend has one over 1.5 feet. One of my intermedia aquinii is around 8 inches, the other 10 inches. Hope they bloom soon.
