We have had this one for about a year also. Got it as a freebie from Carmela's. Does have a light spicy scent. Couple of leaves did get sun burnt last year when we moved it from being in the house to the greenhouse. Did not seem to slow it down. Good little proformer. Do love those orange cattleyas
