Actually, you can post the pic here in this post rather than just the link. When looking at your Flickr picture (on the Flickr site), scroll down to the area below the picture on the right. Click the arrow pointing right. Then click BBCode and copy the link and paste it in your post. Viola! You have a picture with a link to Flickr in your post so people can see the picture without having to follow the web address.
