Thanks Wintergirl and Rob. I don't grow many cattleya hybrids as I concentrate on species, but this one caught my eye as it looks like a superb form of Laelia purpurata!

Beautiful!! Those have a reputation for producing lots of blooms when they get large. I've found that the blush on the sepals and petals happens in cool weather. In warmer weather it's usually snow white.
