Sheila Lauterbach not blooming

I've had the plant five years, bought from a grower, a reliable grower. I have experimented with light (lost several leaves after hot summer sun last summer). I fertilize regularly. Any helpful hints? Two other cats bought at same time bloom. All phals bloom.

According to OrchidWiz, it is a fairly bright light, warm growing Catt with a fairly common combination of Catt species. Nothing unusual in its makeup to require special conditions that I could see.

You don't mention what kind of fertilizer and its root condition, potting media and location other than you have tried different light conditions. It needs fairly high light but needs to be eased into that so it doesn't burn. A high nitrogen fertilizer may be causing the lack of bloom. If conditions are excellent I would consider a virus test if it is for sure mature. After 5 years you would think so. But I bought what was supposed to be a large seedling C. mossiae 5 years ago, and I am finally getting a first budding on 3 growths. One blasted but it looks like I might see blooms after waiting 5 years.

I have a few, they are hybrids that I haven't gotten to bloom yet as well. I mostly blame myself as I do tend to underwater my plants. For some reason some are just harder to bloom.
