Brassavola grandiflora in bloom

I got this as noted, but guess it's a variety of nodosa, not sure... I had a nodosa a before but it bloomed in spring/summer... I got this as a nbs seedling a couple years ago and it's its first blooming, and in winter no less (course it's warm here)... supposedly the grandiflora part signifies a larger flower than regular nodosa but i don't think so... if anyone want's to clarify the species/ variety and differences, please go right ahead
