Default Blc. Crowfield 'Mendenhall'

Flowering now this beautiful hybrid involving Cattleya bicolor. Only two flowers ! I've seen plants bearing more than 10 on a single spike! Today I put mine in front of one of these and kept repeating at least ten times: "Here! Look at this! This is what you should look like!" I am now in the hope that (well, who knows? ), it understood and is going to give me a spike full of flowers next year!! (kidding!! )

Every once in a while you do have to have these little talks. . .

Maybe a little skimpy on the quantity this time, but certainly not the quality! I love the form & coloration.

This could be one of the most charming bicolor hybrids ever! Perhaps she just needed a little rest.
