SLC Memoria Alvin Beggman 'Poem'
This is a second blooming for me It bloomed last year around this time for me too. 2 buds both times but last year the lower bud blasted. Looks like it might make it this year
It's a tiny little thing, the bloom isn't much larger than a quarter.

Yes Thank you! Taken last year. This is the first orchid I can officially take credit for (re)blooming. I believe that picture was taken a few weeks after the bud opened. This little guy may be small but the flower makes up for it in longevity...it lasted more than a month last year. It's nice to have such a cheery looking bloom at such a miserable time of year

Adorable! What are the dimensions of the plant? I would love more yellow flowers but really need to focus on miniatures due to spacial limitations.

From the tip of the leaf to the bottom of the pbulb it's only about 5"
It also seems quite happy to bloom in low light, last year we were living in a rental where none of the windows got any direct sun and only got bright indirect light for a few hours a day

It's a cutie, wow it's mounted too. The leaves are a darker green, interesting it blooms at lower light levels. Good job!

Thanks! Yes, I had to mount all my Catt alliance chids, I can't keep their roots alive to save my life if they're potted.

That is so cute. I think I contemplated getting that one once. I could be wrong of course. So exiting to have your very first re-bloom, way to go.
