Wow I'm pretty impressed with the trial and errors of growing this plant. I have not grown one yet (even though I'm a Cattleya species nut), but may try base on this adventure of yours!! Good job btw!

Your expertise in growing other Cattleyas would definitely help you in cultivating a C. nobilior. Go and get one (in flower if possible).
