Earlier this year I broke off a spike on this one that had six (6!) buds developing nicely. Not a feeling I want to repeat any time soon.

I think any of us that have been growing for any length of time have done this at one time or another. You wait all year long for a spike to start and then_______ snap, it's gone. And it is a sickening feeling.
