(Blc. Sanyung Ruby x Blc. Sunset Bay) 'Red Pearl' is kind of unusual because the plant has been cloned but it's never been registered or given a name. I bought it from Odom's Orchids a couple of years ago. I love the crushed velvet lip on this orchid.

Oh I almost forgot I might have had a red bloom for Christmas if I hadn't broke the bud off poking at my plant

That is a really gorgeous one! Wow!

I hate touching the orchids when they are in bud/bloom as I have broken off so many. I am so afraid that I am going to get my Angraecum leonis during one of the watering sessions.....
