Default Reds dots on Cattleya
Hi guys, i have spotted on the new growth of my Cattleya some red dots. Some days ago I saw some insects between the leafs (maybe they are the problem, or maybe is normal).
What can i do?

It would help if you could post a photo of this new growth. Note: You probably can't attach photos till you have posted 5 times.

Some Cattleyas can have significant red pigmentation on new growths, which tends to fade away as the bulb & leaf matures.

I agree with Fairorchids. Red pigment spots on young leaves is fairly common. However pests need to be dealt with as that could also be the problem. A picture would be most useful.

That looks like red pigment indicating it is getting good light.
