B. nodosa, Bad Timing! Male
Default B. nodosa, Bad Timing!

While attending a carnivorous plant show in NH I came across this amazing specimen of B. nodosa. The bad timing is that it's not in bloom, but it is covered in newly started spikes. A friend remembers seeing this plant on a cedar shake. It's still on it, but good luck finding it! They actually had to cut out a section of fence that the plant grew through. The plant is about 3' in any direction you could care to measure.
