Excellent, and thank you for sharing how you grow it. I'm also having a tough time with a seedling. It keeps dropping leaves quickly, and it doesn't become bigger. It sounds like I need to keep it more moist.

Amazing bloom!
When you say high humidity, what percent is that? Do you grow it in your home? Do you have a special room where you maintain higher humidity? How do you raise the humidity during winter months with artificial heating? A lot of people have trouble getting past 50% when artificial heating is used. Or is that enough during the winter?

Humidity: summer 60-70% and winter 50% minimum. What's more important in winter is the warmer night temperature of around 18C. They suffer if cold and wet.
