But is this not C. dayana?
I recognise this as Cattleya dayana, where does bicalhoi come from?

My understanding is that Cattleya x dayana (natural hybrid between C forbesii x C guttata) was named prior to Laelia (now Cattleya) dayana being named; therefore, the natural hybrid takes precedence with naming convention. As such, Cattleya dayana needed a new species name, while Cattleya x dayana keeps its original name.

Thank you Steve for pointing that out to me even though I've never seen the natural Cattleya hybrid of dayana. Another name change to remember!
