Hmmm... How much light do you give it? It's a very high light orchid. It blooms at sea level in a lot of tropical areas from Mexico to South America so temperatures shouldn't be an issue. Are you in a very cool part of Vietnam?

It gets direct sunlight from 6am to 12am, during afternoon it stays in bright, shaded light.
The plant grows well in SH. I have got it for a year. The time I bought it, there were only 3 PBs.
Maybe it is a bad (or hard to bloom) cross ?
And there is one thing happened two months ago, one shealth finally developed, it grew bigger and eventually... put out a tiny leaf
