Sanderiana is an ecotype and not a clonal name of this famous Colombian species, originating from Rio Magdalena valley. It is a big plant (hence the synonym gigas), space consuming, but attractive when in flower and with a fine scent.
4 years ago I had bought an imported 2 pbulb division, which never started to grow and finally died. Last year I got the chance to buy a strong well established plant for the same price, so I did not hesitate, and here is the result.
