I would say it certainly likes you! 3 buds is pretty darn good. I only had 1 on mine. Baker's culture sheets say these buds develop while still inside the folded leaf so they do sort of appear out of nowhere once the leaves spread open.

3?! You certainly are doing something very right because 3 flowers is not all that common w/this species. I don't think I've ever seen a 3 flowered spike in person...just pictures. Well done!
