Default Cattleya luteola

Cattleya luteola is a little cattleya species. It is less than 10 cm tall which is a good parent to make mini cattleyas.

Beautiful! How do you grow yours? I've been tempted by one for a while but I'm afraid it gets too cold here (50's) for it. Thanks!

Really good color. You must have purchased it in bloom?

I grow it like that for most cattleyas. I gow it outdoors all year round, the low temperature here is also about 50'f(10'c).

I got my plant when it was a young one. Then, it took about two years to bloom.
