Frederico, the plant was imported from your country several years ago and is a regular bloomer in winter or early spring here.
I am curious that why some loddigesii clones such as ' Johnny' or 'Seven Stars' would bloom in summer.
The early orchid breeders might do something wrong between this species and harrisoniana.

I think you are right, Pheli! I guess these clone are in fact hybrids with C. harrisoniana (a "summer bloomer"; harrisoniana is for sure another species, with bigger and taller pbulbs, slightly different flowers, but bigger and in greater number per spike); the name of this hybrid is C. Brazilian Midway

Some clones of the summer C. loddigesii are going to flower. This is the first one blooms among them.
