C. intermedia v. aquinii coerulea

I got this plant a little over a year ago from EoM. I swear I didn't inject the buds with dye or use any florist paint.

i have one too that I'm waiting on to see if it will be nice and bloom for me. it has a new growth that pretty much grew overnight it seems.

Intermedia seems to bloom at a really small size.

Very good flower. It is interesting how the acquinii types have petals so much wider than standard types.

I have a regular coerulea, that bloomed first time on a 2.1/2" bulb. I also have two acqinii coeruleas with 3-4" bulbs, which have not blomed yet.
