Cattleya mossiae var. reineckiana
Five new leads and eleven blooms this year. Pretty good shape for C. mossiae. And the fragrance is enough to fill a large room.

Thank you, everyone, for your comments.
Steve, I don't know the background. The tag just gave the species name of the plant. I'm probably a little biased, but the petals look fuller to me than many pictures of the reineckiana types I've seen online. We have a spring show in a couple of weeks. I might see about having it judged just for the fun of it.

Wow amazing plant, such a show. A question.
And this applies to any of you whom grow Catt's. How do you all get the leaves to grow upward and not out laying more flat? I hope this makes sense.

Great specimen! I love the abundance of flowers. Well done. I love the coloring of the throat. It reminds me of C. rex. I would really love to get one. Thanks for sharing.
