Very nice. The flower doesn't have the open top part of proximal lip that's evident in a lot of the albas of this species.
What home cultural advice for this species?

Yes, you're right, I'm very lucky with this one.
I grow it under bright light and hot to temperate conditions. Mounted without sphagnum cause the roots need to dry between watering.

I've just bought one, not the alba though ( couldn't find it ). Is the alba bloom also around 12-15cm and fragrant ?
