I grow it monted on cork with a bit of Sphagnum. 13°c to 44°c and a lot of light. I don't give a rest period and give 400 to 500µs/cm of Rain mix (our local MSU) per day.

Very nice! I thought this one was a cool grower? How often does it get 44°c?

I grow intermediate cool to hot growers at the same place. I think the difference between the day and night temperature is the most important factor.
Since April to October the temperatures are always above 34°C at day, but could be 20 to 13°c at night.

This one have a Vanda denisoniana (hot) and a pumila (cool) for neighbors and they're all flowering at this time.
