My first Cattleya AND first online order orchid!

Hello everyone! I am got my first Cattleya in the mail today! It came from Orchids by Hausermann. It is Hknsa. Koolau Sunset. What is really amazing is I ordered the 2.5 inch pot and they sent me this much bigger pot and the plant is in bud and didn't charge me extra! I will post photos once it blooms

I have found Hausermann's to be a very good place from which to buy orchids over the years. I have, on occasion, also received a blooming sized one from them when I was expecting a small seedling and it is always a happy surprise. Hausermann's was the first company from which I did an online order and they have certainly taught me to expect quality from vendors.

What great luck! I've been looking over the Hausermann site for a while, dreaming about one day making an order. It's good to know that they're good vendors to work with.

That's a beautiful little plant, please do come back and show us what is blooms look like once it gets going.

They were my first on line order as well. I have yet to make a second one from them but it's not because I was not happy. I am very happy with all my plants I ordered from them. I have just not gotten around to it yet.
