Blc. Hwa Yuan Rose 'NN'
Got this as a division last year. It seems like it's taken 6 months for the buds to open. I'm very pleased. Nice red and has a nice fragrance.

I'm wondering if we actually have the same thing. My tag says Blc. Haw Yuan Rose 'NN'. Are there really two or is my label likely a typo? Unfortunately I didn't take a picture when it was blooming.

Rothrock, There is only one registered for a Cat.: Haw Yuan Rose. There is a Phal. listed Hwa Yuan Rose.
Perhaps someone can shed some light on this. Some one told me they were all Hwa Yaun something but that's not right (see above). There is roughly 20 plants named both ways. Most Phals are Hwa and most Cats are Haw. Surely this is the same nursery. Does any one know?

Well a Haw Yuan Rose by any other name would still smell as sweet. I do just love it. Thanks to anybody who can shed some light.
