Wilsonlamwai:
I agree with, well everyone, but in total agreement with DeaC - this is one cool little plant!
When someone asks me how often to water a mounted orchid, that is a hard question to answer, because even in the same house there can be huge variances of humidity, air circulation and heat sources determining where the location of the plants are and each of these factors contribute to how often you have to water a mounted orchid. Another consideration is the amount of absorbent material at the root system. A lot of moss or a really absorbent mount will need less water than a scant amount of moss or bare-rooted mount.
Basically, as this is a little guy that likes a good drink and then a good drying off, you may just have to trial-and-error it until you find the right schedule for your home.
Most mounts I work with do well with heavy spraying or misting daily with a weekly or bi-weekly dunking; I fertilize them just like my potted orchids. Remember that if you have a root system that is covered heavy in moss, the outside of the moss ball can be crispy dry, while the inner layer next to the mount may retain plenty of moisture. Keeping a moss ball too damp can rot roots, so until you can determine the needs of that particular plant and mount, be sure and pull the moss back a little and check to determine when it is dry next to the mount, not just on the outside of the root ball.
These are things I have picked up after mounting various epiphytes over the years.
Hope some of this helps.

I also have pohlinitonoci. I do treat them differently. pohlinitonoc is in a net pot with bark which is inside a clay pot to help retain a little bit more moistur. It is kept warmer and moister than my bicolor. My pohlinitonoc is in a 2" net pot and has 7 buds right now. Can't wait for them to open.
