thanks you all
I was really thinking bigger and more...the plant is big for the smallish flowers with 3 new ones popped up last year.
Spotted catts are becoming some of my faves. Took me a while to cotton up to them but I'm bending to their will
Is a 1st timer so blooms will get better. I just need more room for it now seems .

This one looks like its a fairly pale variety with really wide petals. Where did you get this from? And please post pics when it opens up fully!

thanks you all
this particular plant came from an HOS member Doug George who runs a table at the shows and sells some plants. I will check the label to see if it came with any special signifier as to a cultivar or clone. Its been out in the cold greenhouse and is taking its time opening.
Definitely the petals are wider and the color has a much lighter blush as you see on many of these. More seem to be closer to a faded pink tone that seems to bleed from the spots. The flower is pretty clean

So pretty! I have one with 3 buds just opening first time too! Hope it's as nice as yours! I got it from Marlowe's Orchids in bud...
