Actually, petals are green, but I can see how in the photo that some seem to be reflecting light, making them appear white.

I'm pretty sure that's a grandiflora.
Never seen a nodosa (or any Brassavola except venosa) with such wide leafs
Yes, that is what was explained to me, and after that I did see the difference myself.

Are they difficult to find in EU ?

Apparently the bigger blooms is one of the differences between grandiflora and nodosa - and mine seems to have even bigger than usual for grandiflora (IOSPE states 4", mine are 5"), but the plant tag says 4N, do that could be the reason. I'm extremely happy with this plant, and look forward to when it's bigger!

I've never seen it since I'm into Brassavolas (1 year).
Got 8 different B. species so far.
grandiflora is on top of my wish list :-)
