According to the originator this is a primary hybrid of Rhyncholaelia glauca and Cattleya (former Laelia) purpurata var. werkhaeuseri, now registered as Rlc. Blue Bells. For me it looks very much like Rlc. Empress Worsley.
Flowers last remarkably long.
