Yes, it is, David Sander is a cross between Brassavola cucullata x Rhyncholaelia digbyana, the 'spooky' form, and the length of the lip is from cucullata, the size, green color of flower and the frilly lip is from the digbyana.
Usually when Rhyncholaelia is mixed in the cross, most of the siblings will have a reasonable size flower with a frilly lip, and some also get the fragrance as a bonus!!
