So do you grow your orchids in side your house during the Winter? It is amazing you can grow orchids there. Even still more amazing that there's an Orchid society there.

Thanks. I hope yours blooms soon. I would say it is close to the colour in the photo sort of a purple/pink.
Recently our temps outside have been -30C and even close to -40C with windchills approaching -50C although next week we will be closer to -15C. So, yes, I definitely grow my orchids indoors in winter
I do summer a few outside. I am lucky enough to have an attached 'greenhouse' of sorts where most of mine live.
Our orchid society is close to 60 members strong and very active. This year we are hosting the Canadian Orchid Congress annual meeting and having a wonderful orchid show March 27 to 29th so anyone in the area be sure to visit! We aren't even close to the North Pole and there are no polar bears this far south
