Pot. (I lost the tag somehow, just noticed it)

I rescued a Pot. about 3 or 4 years ago from Lowes. I had to split the plant and one of them didn't make it. As you can see it likes laying on it's side! No matter what I do it ends up that way. My question is this; I am sure it's old enough to bloom, its in a NE window which gets morning sun for about an hour. I have it in medium bark. It is in a pot which is small since someone told me they like to be root bound. The color of the Pot. is light green. I live in a very dry climate so it has to be watered 2 X a week. I mist it thoroughly when I water it. It gets fed 2 X a month. Does anyone who is successful with these have any advice which may help me out a little? I live in Denver and we have strong sun here and sun almost every day of the year, even Vanda's have to be shielded from the sun behind a sheer curtain.
