When i strat growing orchids about 20 years ago, I have ever seen this cross but till recently, i purchased this plant with bud.
It also became uncommon to see this cross now.

Wwow! I live in the state where the Gila wilderness is, (pronounced Hee-la) and have been there many times. This has such a resonance!
