It is the historic hybrid Cattleya Dominiana (which was also re-crossed with coeruleas and aquiniis). Still lovely after more than 150 years.

I agree.
I only wish these early primary hybrids were more available on the market.

This one i bought in germany, schwerter had lots of them oktober 2013, i think it was a meristem plant, i am not sure
