Epidendrum puzzle? Male

I check it by pot weight and with a moisture meter which says its damp in the center of the root ball. I am tending to think its stress from repotting last spring. Its not been well since. It was very root bound when I repotted it and getting the medium out from those bound roots was not the easiest, then getting new potting mix back in around the roots was a chore. I can try more H20. I am at the point if it comes out of it great, if it doesn't so be it, can't win them all

How often are you fertilizing ?
Sounds to me like it's running out of strength before it can initiate blooms. My epi did a similar thing until I realized that it was lacking nutrients. Keep in mind that these are fast growing orchids and being so use more nutrients than other orchids especially if you have it in a bark mix.

I believe it is stalled in a vegetative state because it may only be getting enough nutrients to support such growth.

But I'm no expert. Hope this helps.
