Sorry to hear about your soph cernua. Sounds like what happened to all my Angraecum didieri this past summer. Cold and wet and they didn't like it.

Thanks for the compliment, Im so happy with this flower. This seems like cernua version of Soph coccinea var ´buterfly`
I think they dont like being damp and cold too, specially at night. But they dont like being completly dry neither.
I got some plants, 2 on cork slab, 2 on a clay jar filled with nutrients solution, and another 2 mounts combined with clay pot with sfagnum and clay pellets as medium always wet. They re all good, but the ones with the best progress are those combined mounts and those in the clay jar thats its always wet too. Im experiencing what works best for me.

The seed pod seems to be in the right way, Im gonna post a photo later. Friend told me that cernua seed pod needs 80 to 85 days to be mature, and maybe less depending on temperature he said. I cant wait.
I think its probable to get yellow offspring, any thoughts about percentages?
