I also try to concentrate on species but once in a while, I see a hybrid that makes me go and the one I wrote about was one of those. Of course, one of the parents is Chocolate Drop so that explains my reaction

This is a hybrid of Epi. illense, which is equally amazing. I bought the illense when I first started collecting, and watered it to death! If you ever come across either of these.....PLEASE...let me know! Annelie Wan is my "holy grail" of orchids! Just imagine the crosses that can be made with this stunning species! I will be at the show on opening day (Wednesday).
