Rhyncholaelia Digbyana sheath question.

So my Digbyana is in its dry season, I started to decreasing the water in October, New growth started in September. Now that the new growth Is a lot bigger and that leaf as slightly opened I see a sheath, should I start watering frequently again to help bud production (if there is any buds) or continue it's dry season?

I wouldn't reduce watering while in active growth. But that also depends on your temp\humidity and light.
Do you grow it under artificial lights ?

The temps are warm maybe 70-80 low humidity, and almost full sun all day, and it's not grown under lights.

Yep, I'd only reduce the water once the new growth finishes up its growth cycle. Then give it a dry rest. Watering won't help the blooms along.

I would water the plant whenever it's "doing something." If it's producing new roots, water it. If it's producing a new leaf, water it. And definitely give it water if it's developing a flower spike. What are you growing it in--or on? This species, in my experience, really wants to dry out completely between waterings. But that doesn't mean that it wants to stay dry for long periods of time. And the two plants in my collection are oddballs. There are some summers when it's hot, very humid and miserably uncomfortable outside--in other words, perfect digbyana weather. And the dumb things will just sit there and apparently do nothing. Then--since nature has something of a sense of humor--the plants will begin to grow in the middle of winter. So just because it may seem to be in its "dry season," that doesn't mean your plant will always cooperate. Again, if it's doing something (growing, developing buds) that requires water, give it water. Good luck!
