Default Lc. Mini Purple

This plant has been growing in a 6" basket for about six years. It has never been affected by insect or disease like many of my other Cattleya varieties and it blooms both fall and spring. The darker purple lip is a very nice contrast to the lighter petals. One of my favorite plants.Lc. Mini Purple-lc-mini-purple-2-jpg

That is one very fantastic Mini Purple! I have recently gotten into the Mini Purples. I now have two. I really wanted a 'Blue Hawaii' and finally found it at Hausermann's. The other is a mystery as it has not yet bloomed and isn't a named one. I very much hope that the mystery looks like yours as yours is just amazing.

Have always liked the flower, but can't stand the odor. So rather than having one myself, I sit back and enjoy the flowers of others.
