Yeahp! C mosiae has a very very nice scent

I love it, even if the flower shape is not the best among cattleyas.. however, many many Hybrids have it somewhere in their ancestors...
Hey, it would not be a good Amorphophallus if it would not stink...

However, it is only for just a few hours during the night... and it just grows there in the garden of my sister

But I can tell you that I have an Amorphophallus konjak here and it does very good in quite normal soil for house plants (with a bit loam added) lots of water during active phase and as much light as possible.. then during the dormant phase I just take the bulb out of the pot and keep it warpped innewspaper until the next year... if I am lucky, I will have it blooming this spring for the first time (the bulbo is now 3 pounds!)... and i am trying to get some new seeds or small bulbs from the A. bulbifer fromVenezuela, as it is quite special and MUCH better than most A. bulbifer I have seen in Europe
