Default Prosthechea garciana

Poor plant, tiny little thing - in the space of only a couple of years has gone from Epidendrum to Encyclia to Prosthechea - and I have a dreadful feeling that it might even now be Panarica. In any case, a small, colorful, single flower per growth - the scent is strongly ground cloves, and very aromatic. A very attractive, small, grassy plant.
Enjoy - Nancy

I've been looking for this Prosthechea here, unsuccessfully. I didn't know that it smells cloves, so one more reason to continue to look for it!

I love this one! I actually ordered one a few months back and when the delivery arrived, there was a different plant, a refund and an apology because they had run out of it

Thanks for sharing

Anacheilium garcianum
Argh!!! Is this the *final* final word? Was it Panarica in between? When will this madness stop?
Till, an attractive little plant that plumps out quickly in a basket.
Cheers - Nancy (or Bob, Delilah, Esmeralda, Steve, whatever you choose to call me this week)

All I can say about the name changes is that at least the plant isn't confused about it's identity. It's the same whether you call it a rock or a duck.
