Bred by the German nursery Wichmann in Celle, this yellow dowiana hybrid is one of the most beautiful Cattleya hybrids in my collection. The white margin surrounding a very dark red velvety lip and a bewitching fragrance make it for me.

The colors are great, but what intrigues me is the stance. Almost reminiscent of some Maxillarias
