And, it is quite possible that the registrant misspelled (possibly intentionally).

Since Phal Jiminy Cricket was registered just 3 years before Brassavola/Rhynchovala Jimminey Cricket (Paph Jiminy Cricket and Masdevallia Jiminy Cricket were registered decades later) it probably was never a trademark issue. Unless Jones & Scully had a deal with Disney that Fred Stewart didn't.

That's disappointing. Both parents usually hold flowers for quite a while.

I have other nodosa hybrids and they all lasted one month or so, which is what I expected of this one.
It was also the first time bloomer, so I will see how it fares in the future.

Two weeks are way too short for me to keep unless it blooms every other month. hahaha
