I agree, the new growths on both digbyana and glauca are quite attractive--although incredibly brittle too. Glad that you're able to rely on your grow lights at this time of year instead of Mother Nature.

My glaucas (and most of my other Laeliinae) seem to have decided to skip dormancy this year and are cranking out new leads as well. Luckily my T5s also prevent weak winter growths! Overall I'd say this is a weird year for orchid growth.
