Default Unsure how to proceed with mini Catt...

I got this a couple of weeks ago and other than repotting it in the leca I haven't done much more than water and fertilize it but the more I look at it the more I think I should do more…to me it looks a mess. Am I just over fussing or should I trim up the tangle of (roots?) that is going everywhere? I'm at a loss. I bought it in a "ooooh PRETTY" online shopping episode along with several other plants but this is the only one I'm really unsure about. Thanks in advance for any input/advice

Leave it the way it is. Its much easier to kill orchids by constantly messing with them than by leaving them alone.

Ok thank you and I sheepishly agree with the above statement (from experience), just wanted some advice from those with more experience

I see no reason to do anything. Give it a year or 2 of good care and you'll get some nice neat new growth divisions from it. For now it looks healthy and that's all it needs to be.

If I can manage to keep it alive and get it to bloom, the flowers should be stunning <3
