1st flowering seedling from an outcross I bought. This is the 2nd seedling to flower.

How elegant!

How long did they take to flower? And how long do you leave them in those...what, 2" pots?

I took the plants out of the compot in Sept' '13, last year & put them in the 2 inch pots. The 1st plant flowered a few months ago, this one held the bare sheath for ages. The flower is less than pot size & the canes its on is about pot size. I'd say the plants would be 2 years from flask.
I'll probably up size to a 3 inch/80mm pot this Spring.
