Default ching hua buds and plant.

a little worm got the lower bud and I wished I would have looked at what kind of worm it was before I made unidentifiable worm goo out of his bodice.

I notice the lizards were licking the sweet sap at the buds. Then I see they were licking the black itty bitty crazy ants off the sap too...I hate to spray for the ants and hurt the lizards. The lizards leave pile of lizard poop everywhere. At least the dogs not crapping on em too

heh you know I will...I like my lizards. My little 4 year old nephew likes to hunt for them with me when he comes over. We found one the other day chasing a moth around. He kept snapping at it and couldnt catch it. I grabbed the moth and handed it to Max, my nephew and the lizard to my own amazement took it right from him. Made his day feeding a lizard.

We found a huge northern tree frog out there also and hes way too big to be jumpin around my orchid plants. We tried to catch him and no way that frog was going to be caught. He was fast and gone in a flash of green spots. I guess I can expect snakes too next weeeeeeeeeek.

The white worm might have been one them odd green fly maggots. I have these funny looking big headed bright lime green flies that like my plants also. Why I got lizards and frogs too no doubt. I dont like worms eating my buds

the lizard is starting to worry me some. he gets up on top and licks the ants off the nectar. He just climbs all over the buds..........hes a nice size anole too and I can see the buds bend under his stikky little feet. I might have to move it until it blooms or invent a non lethal lizard repellant ..
