Looking again, are you growing this bare root?

I have one that has struggled every since I got it, with hardly growing any roots, and then new leaves struggle, probably because of the lack of roots.

I had it mounted first and no roots, so tried potting in moss and still nothing.

Interesting to see your fat roots, sitting there bare like that.

I love your Minnie Mouse flowers

I cease to be amazed at the variety of nodosa species plants. They all have their own very subtle but noticeable variations while remaining true species.

Purty Plant too

Rosie, this one came to me with good roots in that 2" basket. There are a couple of large bark pieces wedged in there, but other than that it's all roots. I drench it just about every day. I have 2 tower fans in the grow area and it dries fast. Short soaks turned out to be a no-no for my plant. I lost some root ends doing that. Credit for those new fat roots goes to Ray's kelp.

Looks great! I just purchased one and hope that it does just as well as yours. What kind of light is this getting? Do you have a fc reading?

I love B nodosa hybrids, easy growers and the fragrance is just amazing. Nice job!

I have one about to open flowers also, and this time I am following a board members advice:that plant is coming into our bedroom at night so we can sleep with that fragrance. Can't wait!
