Schomburgkia thomsoniana
It called banana orchid because of the yellow pseudobulbs.
The spike is tall and has about ten bloom on the top of it.

Pheli, stunning. I have had one for 3 years, now growing in full sun from 12 noon onwards, and has never flowered. What is your secret, how often do you fertilise. How long is the stalk of the flower?
